Echolands Winery focuses upon Walla Walla Valley fruit TO CRAFT WINES OF BALANCE AND ELEGANCE.

We believe in honest, authentic wines that echo the land where they are grown. To this end, we use minimal additives in our winemaking. We rely on both native and cultured yeasts, water, and yeast nutrients for most of our fermentations. Sometimes tartaric acid or cream of tartar are used for small acid adjustments. For wine finishing, we'll use bentonite clay for improved heat stability, and always target the least amount of sulfur dioxide needed to protect the wine for bottle aging.

99% of our wines qualify as vegan and gluten-free, as we do not use animal products for fining. All of our estate vineyards, and nearly all of our purchased grapes, are farmed on rigorous sustainable standards.

We are crafting wines that are elegant and a little nervy.
