With Brian Rudin as our full-time winemaker, we oversee two prominent winemaking sites in the Walla Walla Valley: our Taggart Vineyard within the SeVein Water Project, and our forthcoming Echolands Estate facility in the foothills of the Blue Mountains. Because of the style we're pursuing, we're some of the first in the valley to start harvest each year, and our team starts harvest the right way: by toasting each other with several bottles of Champagne. I'm sure some folks might think we should wait until the end of the day, but can you imagine how much easier it is to work with a few glasses of the real stuff already tossed back?
